What is leather in the interior of a D3

Hi All

Silly question but what else if any is leather inside the cabin of D3 2007 build SE model. I know the seats are but is anything else leather or is the rest vinyl to look like leather. Just want to make sure i am using the right cleaning / protecting gear on the right fabric.

My 2008 SE has only the facings on the seats made of leather. The bases, backs and headrests are vinyl. I believe the full electric seats in the HSE and optionable in the SE were all leather.
I have been using the 2 part leather care stuff made by Moran for my seats and they still look pretty good after 240,00KM. Available from my local supermarket.
