Errr, Agent 86, that is one job I would send it to the dealer for, or be prepared for some serious hardship. You will need to access the rear of the drivers side (RHS) cylinder head, after removing the exhaust crossover pipe etc from underneath.
The most horrific position imaginable, thank goodness they don't give much trouble!!!
Check these instructions out, Land Rover Workshop Manuals > LR3/Disco 3 > 206-07 Power Brake Actuation > Brake Vacuum Pump 2.7L Diesel and what they don't tell you is what angle/ position these illustrations are from; basically it would be nearly easier to remove the body, and while you are there replace that darn fuel pump belt!!!
