Key programming

Hi all,
Has anyone used an MSV extreme to program a new key? I have done so successfully in the past { a few years ago admittedly} however this time every time I get one working it disables the other 2. I have tried the BBS site and followed the instructions posted there to no avail..
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My mechanic had to recode both the new & old remotes at the same time, otherwise the new one will work and the old one not.

Yea the post on the BBS site runs through a process which I have followed and is supposed to do the same thing, but it's just not happening the way it's supposed to. According to the UK site people have set up 3 keys using the posted method using the MSV extreme. I'm in the " what the hell am I missing" phase LOL. Still researching...................
