    Tablet mount for offroad navigation

Just thought I'd share this setup, as very happy with it.
I bought a Arkon Universal Heavy Duty Tablet Floor Mount, which I thought I would mount via the seat bolt on the passenger side. it turns out that I was able to mount it a couple of inches higher on the rail. it works perfectly. tucjs away when not in use and has been tested offroad successfully. I had my MS Surface in there connected to a gps dongle and using memory maps. as it sita quite high it is easy enough to follow whilst driving.uploadfromtaptalk1402274166765.jpguploadfromtaptalk1402274166765.jpguploadfromtaptalk1402274166765.jpg

I use a cheap Jaycar mount, not a problem with it.
