One thing I noticed when going off to work this morning, was a really odd looking moon. Funny yellow colour, and an odd shape.

Too much cloud here to see it tonight though.

The article talks about the honey coloured moon being due to the moon being close to the horizon during mid summer. It is the northern hemisphere mid summer at the moment. So I guess we will just have an ordinary full moon.

Sunset is near, I am taking my camera and heading to the mountains. I hope to be able to share something interesting with you.

We were spared all of those nasty wolf type thingy's prowling around out the back, slobbering and looking for a throat to bite because it was heavily overcast.
I even took me garbage bag out and put it in the bin at about 8-30.
Never gave it a second thought.

PS: I'll keep my eyes open and tread carefully and check the shadows in 2049.

Yes, it was a nice clear night, and the moon did look clear and bright, which helped the &%#@@** fruit bats that were fighting over the flowers in our Grey Gums

I couldn't see anything, the sky was overcast no wolf nor blood sucking bats around, even Dracula did not come out.

I will try tonight, the moon wouldn't have changed much.
