Just wondering if anyone has put a third seat in their Perentie? Either as a bench or a double and a single or just stuck one in the middle in place of the F88 rack.
Before every one screams do a search i have both on AURLO and the general web and haven't found bugger all. If you have done it could you please forward any details, experiences etc and any photos would be awesome. On the other hand if this has been done to death but i couldn't find it please just let me know the link...
Cheers in advance
Tim
4x4 or 6x6 Perentie?
I replaced the stupid useless cubby box in my Defender with a middle seat which folds down to a very comfortable arm rest.
The 2002, 2004 Remediation Defenders the ADF had originally were delivered with centre front seats. How do I know? I bought twenty of the seats at the auctions.
Not at the auction. They would have been on a different pallet.
I've got three seats in the front of my Stage 1. The centre seat is very similar as the centre seats I bought. It has a lap belt. You'd probably be able to buy them from an auto store.
I had a standard narrow width defender middle seat to fit in between the ISRI seats, but found the space too narrow.
L322 tdv8 poverty pack - wow

For dingsy's sake, last time I spoke to Land Vehicle Spares they had bought a stack of Defender middle seats from somewhere - probably the same place as Mick. They might still have some if you're interested.
Probably not useful to anyone else in this thread, given Pete's information.
I have mounted the middle seat out of a defender in the middle of my Perentie between the ISRI seats, used the supplied standard lap seat belt, that went into the standard seat belt holes, only had to drill a few holes.
An adult can sit in it, pretty tight, perfect for my 9 year old
