    Thumbs up

If you were looking for a full on Car Bra, then you would go no furher than Car Bra Australia, located in Melbourne.
Don't know whether they've ever done one for a Defender, but I reckon they would if you asked, & I would be quite confident in saying that it would look brilliant, but more importantly, it would also work brilliantly.

X2 for the Dolium one - permanently attached to mine as locusts bad and then can drop down the blind for water. Can get from Mulgo or from Opposite Lock too.

A cheap arse car bra is a plastic honey combed For Sale sign cut to the dimensions of the grill. For water crossings I zip tie it at the 4 corners to the grill and cut it loose once across the river. The sign is stored out of the way behind the rear seat against the cargo barrier. It's not flash as a Dolium one but does the same job (as a water bra) for the cost of a few zip ties.

That's what's great about having a nice square flat front

If you have a square flat front, why do you need a bra
Me i need a 6 pack overflow retainer
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.
