    Radio for FFR

This is abit ironic, but I want to install a CB radio to my FFR. question is should I simply attach the small (about 12 inches) antenna onto the old antenna mount on the drivers side. Would the antenna being so low impair it's performance?

    G'Day Paul.
If it is ground independant then that should be fine. If you don't have the mesh cam carrier on top, even more so.
