Missing bolts?

Hi

Could anyone with a 2.2 Puma Defender have a look underneath and tell me whether there should be bolts in the locations highlighted on the attached pics?

Missing bolt under the transmission is standard, The bolt on the cat bracket should be there- yours is missing

yeah i went to land rover and ask about that bolt under the transmission and they said it was standard just like that.... looks weird LOL !!!!

Thanks for the replies guys. I've got my 12 months service coming up so I'll add the cat bolt to the list of things for the dealer to do.
