SubscriberNice! Are you planning on selling them? Cause I think there would be a few people who would buy them.
Umm I'm not sure how I could sell them as they are sort of a one off because I made them especially for my landy and I moved the rear mudflaps forward, so would be different to a stock landy size..
But I would be happy to share how I made them
I just bought some aluminium sheeting did a lot of cutting and bending them in to the shape I wanted and then pot riveted/glued them on and then I put body deadener over the whole inner guard to give it the complete/factory look.
It also has quietend the road noise.
It will also stop the mud/dust getting stuck in the back quarter panel.
So I am very happy with the look and effect
Good on ya Stig, thanks for that.
Have been wondering about doing something similar.
I thought about using a rubber matting instead of body deadener.
There was a thread some time ago, where a plastic semi trailer mud guard was use to fabricate an inner for the rear of a 110. Turned out very neat and seems to be a good option if people are thinking of going down this path.
