I've been trying to work out a design for a solar panel mount for the roof that I can put on my roof bars. I'd like to be able for it to swivel horizontally and be tilted upwards, to maximise exposure to the sun. I'd also like for it to fold flat as possible for less wind resistance.

Has anyone got anything like this? Either a diy project or purchased?
