LPG mixer leak

Hi guys
Quite a few months ago you may recall my LPG mixer was leaking gas internaly into the cooling system.
My bro spoke to his LPG installer mate about it,the likely cause internal corrosion which is very common.
I finally got around to removing and dismanteling it yesterday,I was happy to find no corrosion at all,and no obvious signs of leakage. All I can put the leak down to a dodgy O ring or 2,they seem to be a bit sticky/stretchy,I will replace them on monday see if it fixes the problem.
Any body else messed with one of these critters in the past??????

Haven't mucked around with LPG but I can suggest water based lube will do wonders for new o rings when you replace them. Whould slow down or stop them going gooey again.

I rebuilt both the convertor and the vaporizer.
Nothing hard about them. just diaphrams.
The kits were remarkably cheap source from a LPG supplier.
What people shuold do is drain the 'heavy ends' form time to time.
This tarry treacle like gunk is a by-product of LPG and it does effect the diaphram workings.

Hi Jay
Running really well, heaps smoother than on petrol.Went to start it this morning, turn the key and she fires on the first crank. It will not do that on petrol,is 3 or 4 cracks at it.But it is set up to run LPG,not petrol.
