Deano, with the polybush there is some 'road noise' being transferred into the cab, but anyone else would not notice. I will monitor carefully.

Ive found the dampers a perfect match to the suspension, but I'm well below GVM. They are made by GIMON, if you google gimon dampers you will see they do some pretty heavy duty stuff, even after hours of corrugations they still are not too hot.

There are quite a few aftermarket suspension packages now too.
The front bump only has a few inches but its got heaps of drop. They are quite flex too.
Here is AirbagMans kit, the front yellow things are just special bump stops but i think airbags world work well on the front too

I'd go airbags before stuffing about with spring rates etc.

see the rubber pads on the rear override springs, if they are always touching then your probably close to GVM and need an upgrade, I've still got about 1/2" with Caravan attached. The second stage is pretty firm.

Heres a another interesting suspension mod by a European company, using hydraulic rams inlace of dampers and a hydro-pneumatic sphere, similar to a citroen.

Tyres and Rims on Iveco Daily

I posted this in another thread and noted that I thought the tyres and wheels were a bit 'lame'. From memory 10 R 17's or 17.5's.

 Here's another Iveco Daily which IMO has a much better stance with 37 X 12.5 R 17's

 These are Hankook MT's.

The standard tyres are 9.5R17.5 .... hopeless you can only buy road pattern truck tyres for 17.5 rims, or 255/100R16 Michelin on 16x6 rims ,

limits your tyre choice significantly in this country - there is no tyre suitable really which is why the aftermarket 17" rims are popular for these vehicles.

The EVA Alloys are not ready yet so Im changing over to the new EVA steels next week, with 37" Hankooks (instead of my existing early 17x9 TT rims), which are too heavy & have no brake cooling, EVA Steel Wheels
