In Australia the bureaucrats decided that the public weren't to get these engines so they had to be disabled. They ran the engines up to several thousand revs and then opened the sump plug to drain the oil. When the engine seized they were ready to go to scrap or out into the community as a gate guard or in a park.
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

At least one RSL now has their Leopard running!
(You shouldn't send things with seized engines to a mining town, if you want it to stay seized.)
