Jk, interesting list. Most people don't get that much stuff replaced in 100,000km or more, so there should be nothing else to go wrong, touch wood, especially with your low km usage.
It would be interesting to hear the history of why they were all replaced or what led LR to the conclusion that these things needed replacing. My compressor is still original at 175,000km, my EPB went at about 90,000km and I haven't had a problem with any of the other things on your list.
I think mine had a heap of stuff replaced under warranty due to the steering vibration problem that plagued 2010 models, but that was the previous owner and I have not had anything reoccur. I've had the car since 50,000km.
