Wiper washer filler loose

Hi folks,
I just had the coolant expansion bottle replaced as I was getting "low coolant" errors every now and then despite having plenty of coolant. It was under warranty so I didn't argue and left it at the dealer for the day.

I'm not sure if I'm imagining things but I'm sure that the pipe/tube thingamy that you use to fill the washer bottle was attached to the side of the coolant expansion tank. Now it's just flopping around loose. As I don't have a spare D4 to compare it with, can anyone tell me if I'm going crazy?

Dropping back to the dealer is not impossible but a bit of a pain in the butt. Plus, I have to pay for a taxi to pick it up, when it's really not my fault

The black riser washer bottle tube is attached to the overflow tank. Just clips to the side of the overflow tank, clips are part of the overflow tank. Mine is a my14 3.0 diesel.
