Where does the misfuelling device live?

Hi All, the yellow misfuelling device reset tool was sitting in the glove box when i bought the car second hand, wheres it meant to live? the manual says the boot, but where, the little tabs are delicate and i don't want it to break.

    cheers

I hook mine under the rubber straps holding the tool kit in place.

    Ditto.
Although after a service, it had disappeared.
Found it had fallen down in to the bottom of the cubby hole where the tool kit lives.
Might move it to the glove box though.

    Glovebox

In my MY14 there are mounting tabs on the glovebox lid for it. But they don't hold it very well so I have moved it to one of the rear cubbyboxes.

    Cheers,

yeah, theirs a rubber gripper on the glovebox lid, that's where i've put it but it doesn't fit well due to the triangle, so i figured it was for a pen, not the reset tool

    Hi
I agree with RHS58 I hope I will never have to use it.
I have a MY13 D4 they have a little storage box on either side in the boot area, mine went in there.
    regards Kev
