    Question Landrover D4 Mirrors

We have purchased a new 2015 Land Rover Discovery 4 in January. Can someone tell me what type and where to buy mirrors to attach to the vehicle's mirrors in order to tow a caravan.

Hi, search for Brunsgaard mirrors. Kel Olsson from Perth is the Aussie agent and is very obliging. The 4 point system is best. From my experience these are the best clamp on towing mirror assembly systems. Better than milenco, better then the genuine LR product, better than ORA. Spend a bit of time searching here as well as caravan forums.

I have the same problem Bernie. I have just upgraded from a 2010 to 2015 D4. I used Millenco mirrors successfully for over 25,000kms with no problems on the old car. However the mirror shape has changed on the MY15 and the edges of the mirror are sloping now. I havent tried yet but i suspect i may have problems. The lower edge still seems to be flat so i will to see if that works.

Hi, I havent tried yet. I will give it a go in the next few days and report back. i am not towing anywhere for a while so will only be able to say if they fit. It will be interesting to see how we go as i dont really wont to swap from the Millencos as i like them.

MY14 D4's need the 'Falcon' clamps with Milenco mirrors

    G'Day Everyone,

I have a MY14 which I believe has the same shaped mirror as a MY15.

I have Milenco Aero mirrors which have travelled about 4,000 km with no issues - the trick is ordering the 'Falcon' clamps.

Sure there is some vibration and the clamps do at first look like they will give way after about 20m but, touch wood, I haven't had any issues on highways, gravel and dirt roads.

    HTH,
    RickO
