From one end of the country to the other, The Gillies. You don't have to race, simply stringing almost four hundred bend together perfectly give plenty of satisfaction.

Ridden down and toured Tassie twice now (first time on the Sportster, second time on my second Buell). Simply nothing else like it on the Eastern coast (that I've been to or heard of, anyway).

Would move there in a heartbeat if I could transfer our jobs there.
