    A good deed was appreciated

My sons mate works part time at Flinders Street Station as a concierge.
Last year a lady approached him and was distraught, she said she had just lost her job and didn't have any money for a Myki ticket and didn't want to get fined.
Out of kindness he purchased her a Myki ticket with his own money.
This year the same woman found him again at the station, she had a new job, things were looking better for her, she had been hoping to see my son's mate again to thank him again.
She gave him back his Myki ticket and had put a lot of credit on it for him.
Nice to see not every one is a scammer

Good to see. My experience is that people are basically good, some times you have to dig a bit to find it. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
