Mine is attached to the winch solonoid frame, which comes off the fuse box leg.

BCC & HRA!
I bought one of the above fuse blocks but I'm not sure where I'll put it. It is a tad big. Where did you fit yours, Steve?
I do have another distribution point under the bonnet:

Hi
Battery terminals and power distribution
I have run the main + lead straight to the alternator and the main - lead the same .
The extra outlets go to the fusebox and distribution block and the extra earth goes to the chassis earth point.
From the distribution block I can power my rear battery via a circuit breaker and other things suck as spotlights, fans etc

I am not sure where it is going on this car !
On my 99 i put it in the spot where the GEMS ECU sits. I next to the main fusebox might be the best spot.
I currently have that distribution block on the back of the battery box, but that may have to move as well if the LPG ECU finishes up going there.
Steve
I made this unit up for the rear, it goes in the spot where the CD player goes and provides a cigarette lighter and a couple of USB charging points.
It is currently floating around loose in the back now that I have no subwoofer
Steve
Just had another look and apart from mounting it near the fusebox as others have done there is also the engine side of the battery box, though that is a bit more exposed to heat etc

So that's on the mudguard side, nice spot for it, I think I'll do the same

There are also these style battery terminals available:
