A decent upholsterer can make them.
Darrin at Auto Trim in Murrurundi has made canvas covers for new seat foams for me, or at least he's done the bases, the backs are next.
I'm chasing some seat covers for the Puma 90, I'm looking to go for a canvas cover, but having difficulty finding a supplier that has a product for the rear jump seats.
Melvill and Moon have a product, but no Australian distributor. I've read that there may be an issue with fitment in some instances.
Other suppliers I've searched are: Black Duck, MSA, Escape Gear to no avail.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some quality covers that suit the late model defender 90's?

Can anyone offer any assistance:
Is the single seat on the middle row of the Puma 110 the same as the jump seats in the puma 90?
Surely there has to be another manufacturer offering a front and rear seat cover solution for the late model defender 90?

I've just run the tape measure over them the seat bases are different. The seat in the 90 flares out more at the front than the one in the 110.
Well there goes that Idea! I was hoping they used the same cushions and back rests in the middle row of the 110, but used different mounting hardware for the 90.
Thanks for taking the time to measure it up! I bet it sure makes life easier having one of both!

I've requested further info from hannibal safari regarding the escape range of seat covers, which includes product lde9 for the90.
Has anyone got any feedback for these items? Unsure if canvas is the go, or whether their Airotec fabric is worth exploring. I go sailing on occasion, which most of the time involves more mud than water. Then there's the dusty roads to contend with.

I went with a pair of Black Duck in khaki canvas (Keswick Green Defender 90) and they look great. The fit was fairly good though the flaps with velcro tabs at the rear needed to be about 2 inches longer. I did a quick fix rather than return them. Have used BD canvas covers in the work landcruisers (W Qld) for years and they are long wearing and clean up well (bulldust & black mud). Looking for something similar with the rear fold-up seat. Have made a simple canvas cover in the intermin.

I highly recommend "candy canvas " seat covers , made in SA. They use a special softened canvas that is tough but not slippery and cardboard like, and you can chuck em in the wash. They make then for defenders, not sure about the jump seat in a 90, but they will custom make it no worries. My 130 has the small centre front dicki seat which they hadn't done, but just got me to measure a few dimensions via email and they made it no worries and it fitted perfect . And all at a very reasonable price, much cheaper and I think better quality than other canvas covers.
Cheers, Andrew.
