    New Radiator Grill

    Attached are photos of the new grill I made for my 110 from scrap security door aluminum mesh total cost $20.00 $10.00 for mesh & $10 for plastic edge strip purchased from auto shop for door chip protection .
    Have no problem with over heating temp stays at constant 80c in all weather conditions even on days 40+ in central Queensland

    regarding that 80c temperature, are you sure 80c is right? The thermostat doesn't open until 83c .

    Mine sits just below 90. Is mine running hot?

    Nicely made, but, I'd be a little hesitant to use it on a turbo'd engine.

    If you calculate the actual open area you might be in a for a bit of a shock.
