    Gaskets

I have purchased Loctite No4 gasket cement. Is this ok to use on my 95 gems 4.6?

Depends where you are using it. I use No.4 Aviation Gasket Cement for a number of applications.

I wouldn't use it on the head gasket and probably not on the inlet manifold.

Gaskets with sealant supplied by the factory, ie head gaskets, inlet manifold gaskets, anything with raised silicone lines etc should not need any extra gasket goo. I'd only use it for such things as thermosat housings, water pumps with plain paper gaskets or the plenum top part of the manifold.

The only joints on a gems that require a sealant is the sump and upper to lower inlet manifold facing.
