Popped the same Eas bag again

    Hi guys,
I've popped a couple of bags off the bead when off roading, when getting a bit fairdinkum and a bit of wheel travel happening, the rear right has seperated from the plastic bottom mounting cone.
It's been on the rear right both times, 2 different bags. They obviously get on an angle when the rear axle is a full travel, but the right goes too far and has seperated...
Any ideas on why it would be the same corner? Coincidence? Failing shocker? Bad luck?
Sorry if there's info in another thread...

Have you changed heights from stock or changed shocks from the standard boge?

    Gary,
No, I haven changed anything, I've recently checked and slightly adjusted the heights to recommended, I don't know if a previous owner has changed shocks though.. Anyway of checking? These ones don't appear to be branded.. All shockers seems to behave perfectly

The Boge (OEM) are not the most exciting looking shock just a plain black and from memory no identification on them. Sorry it's been a while since I ran standard length shocks. Someone else with stock suspension may be able to assist better here .

I had the same problem with my blue P38 on standard shocks. I think it's just a geometry issue. My bags were Gen III's that separated. Right rear each time.

    Yeah plain black they are.

thinkinh I might try and change the angle of the bottom mount some how, so that at full travel it doesn't peel off and that edge, may help

Next question, how to re seat that bag, it's only a year old.....

I would've thought lubrication would only assist in it separating again? I have had a look at install notes and obviously people use different things like soapy water, etc but concerned of simply popping it off again next time I hit a decent sand dune..

Just out of curiosity do you recall what height setting you were on when the bag popped?
