steering guard
Thinking of getting one of Coopers steering guards, are they much of a drama to fit?

G'day All, what would you consider more important? Steering guard or a
diff protector? :?
Cheers Scott.

I believe that the term "steering protector" is a misnomer.
I replaced my bent front protection bar with GC's Rangie Spares unit it just happened to come with chequer plate:

Now a Defender is different to a Disco. If you want to help protect your steering then the tie rod is vulnerable. GC's kit wont help. But a 32mm Tie rod will.
My front diff has GC protection.
