There's a dealer in Newcastle area - Gateshead I think. Give them a call and see if they do it. Probably not and they may then recommend who they use. I asked my service manager at my dealer in Sydney to do a wheel alignment recently when I had my car in for service. He told me that they used the local Bob Jane store and advised me to take it there instead of waiting for them to do it as it would be cheaper for me and save me time. Gave me the name of their contact. Just remember about tight tolerance mode when you get it done. Also there was a recent thread about the advisability of changing a couple of bolts when you get a wheel alignment done. Couldn't find it but maybe someone else could chip in about it.

Found the thread I was talking about. May or may not be an issue for you.

    Wheel Alignment in Newy

You could have a chat with All4x4 in Kotara..they tend to do a lot of LR servicing. They may do in house, or at OK East point you to someone

You have picked a hard one - I have been there and had no success finding a tyre shop that also had the decommissioning programme . I ended up going back to Bne from NNSW - and ran the risk of scrubbing a tyre - good luck with that. What I found was any of them can give it a go - however best to head to a 'dealer' as soon as to get the alignment done properly !

    wheel alignment

    Dcinet.
had the wheel alignment done today.
result. the figures they gave me on the print out showed quite a difference.
driving back to the coast the steering wheel was not centered, showing a little right hand down, seems a bit strange as it was level and straight b4 .In all fairness it may well be the lower control arm bushes being a bit suss.I will put up with it till I do my LCA then get the alignment redone, then I will know for sure All up it cost $137.50 which included them setting to TTM taking the car to get aligned then resetting the TTM.

Had a new set of tyres fitted and a wheel alignment at O'neills Warners Bay (Newcastle) today. What I liked about them was they are good price wise and did a really good job on my other car when they did the tyres and alignment. When I asked about new tyres and alignment for the discovery, the first thing he said is that they need to be set to tight tolerance mode for a wheel alignment and they have the equipment to set tight tolerance mode themselves. I told him I can set tight tolerance myself with my Nanocom Evolution. The wheel alignment cost me $75 with me setting tight tolerance mode. He said they normally charge $65 to set to Tight Tolerance, so that would make it $140 with them setting it for you.
Steering wheel was the same as when I dropped it off (centred).

Good to see they put it in TTM.

A lot of tyre shops around here just run them on the ramps and then leave them idling with a door open, doesn't sound right to me.
