Repair costs?

How much would you guys expect to pay to have:

1. The ball joints replaced.
2. Two rear shock absorbers / dampers (standard fitment shockies).
3. Windscreen crack repaired or replacement windscreen.
4. Set of four standard tyres.

A quick estimate if someone else was doing all the labour, I'd say $2,300 is a fair price.
