Ever tried to use gloves with a smart phone...

... then this might be the answer. Quite a cunning device.

Ansell do a range of industrial gloves which are smart phone compatible. But probably won't be any protection on a motorcycle.

I've seen a 'hack' where you put a conductive adhesive strip on a finger, and pass a tiny wire into the glove to another conductive strip to make contact with your skin. Would be another way to make it work.

About $180 posted here, how desperate are people to use a phone whilst riding?
I have a Sena SR 10 that is a Bluetooth hub for helmet to helmet comms and UHF, it can also connect to my phone but I've never bothered.
I have considered mounting my tablet to use the Hema nav app, but decided it would be safer, on so many levels, to keep it in the top-box and stop to consult it.

I have sewn a series of loops of conductive thread through a fingertip of my gloves. One can also buy conductive slide on tips. A friend has them on his gloves and they apparently work well.
