    Phone connectivity D4 HSE

I just picked up a 2010 D4 HSE. Tried to pair my phone and it looks as though its not an option. I see the signal on my phone but the car seems to not have the option.
Is this something you need to "unlock"?

Anyone in Newcastle area that has IID tool? Can you add many options with it? Timed Heat or others..

    Thanks

Have you made you phone discoverable? The Disco will give you a PIN once it comes to pair them.

You will definitely have BT on the 2010 HSE. It only works with the phone so does not do audio streaming - there are other options you can get for that aftermarket that attach via the iPod cable.

Timed heat would not be a simple "enable" of an option as this requires hardware as do many options - just depends on what you want to turn on.
    Cheers,

Yeah our 2010 RRS has the same system and happily works with my wife's iPhone 5 and 6 and my Samsung S5. Downloads address books and all.
No streaming as mentioned already, just the ipod connector in the centre console.

Thanks for the reply's, I finally looked in the manual and got it going after I found the pairing code. Works great. And got the Tune2Air off eBay for streaming. Works perfect and auto connects and starts where I left off.. Great if you listen to Audible...
