    bonnet to boot wiring

I dont suppose anybody has photos/instructions for getting some wires from the bonnet to the boot?

I'm not sure which grommet to use in the firewall, is it the one above and slightly to the right of the steering rack?

and where do people normally run the wires inside the cab?

    cheers

There's another grommet close to the side of the engine bay that is generally used when running a dual battery system with a feed to the rear of the vehicle.
If you hunt around for the installation instructions for the Traxide dual battery system with high current rear plug that will shed some light.

The Traxide instructions will also give you a good idea how to get to the back of the car. Very easy in the D3

    James,

Some good photos & instructions in Sniegy's D4 trailer brake sticky, page 4:

Also, you're welcome to check out mine some time if helpful. There's a few little tricks with the trim to get to the rear.

    Cheers,
