BAS remap install problem

tried remapping a new ECU that i got with my 150hp Bas2 tool but when i tried to flash the new ecu i got the ' security failed E2' message and the flash was aborted. does anyone know what might be the problem?
this is a newly installed ECU into a 2015 puma
