You are so right Pedro, I was complaining to Tombie that the down side to the long range tank was that it had stuffed up my long distance driving routine.

In the D2, my standard trip saw me stop and refuel car and myself every 6-700 km... simply cant stretch that to 15

    Setting a trend Mark ...........................

Just been sorting the tyres ready for upcoming trip across to Tassie. Put one new one on (Mickey Thompson STZ's have come down in price by more than $25 each since I originally fitted them ), and I have now got tyre pressure sensors in all 5 wheels thanks to Landybitz - and I've even finally figured out how to re-program the read-out to show the correct wheel positions on the screen.

All the camping gear sorted now, including some flash new tent poles which are also LED lights with solar charger - and we'll be off over east again shortly after Christmas.
    Cheers .........
