    Unusual visitors

    Hi all, I had an unusual visitor in my home tonight. Not seen one inside a house in Adelaide before. Lovely little chap it was too. Prob looking for food.
    Just thought id share it with you all.

    they must taste bad though as the cat will spit them out.

    It's a Gecko, we have lots here. There favourite food is cockroaches which is a good thing

    could be an asian(not australian) gecko,, does it make a weird sound?
    harmless and good at cleaning up stuff.

    Looks like an asian gecko. An introduced pest which breed like flies. Get rid of it or you will have heaps around shortly.

    skink appears to be the common, yet incorrect name for them.

    it could be asian or i could be Bynoe's Gecko (Heteronia bynoei)

    I would rather have the Gecko than cockroaches and spiders. I love reptiles, and hate spiders with a passion.
