If you do get to Bourke, check out the Pie shop on the Main Street. Lamb pies are their speciality. They may just make a good Vanilla Slice as well. Enjoy your holiday.
So if you see a Keswick defender 130 pulling camper give us a wave

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Hi Lou,
We went out to Bourke just recently (we had a week to get from Brisbane to Glenreagh so we went via Bourke) and we stayed at a place called Rossmore Station, just this side of Bourke and it was a great place to camp. May not be as much water in the creek now but should still be worth it. Would be starting to get pretty hot out that way now though. The information centre in Bourke has a really interesting walk through three seperate buildings with lots of history stuff.
Cheers,
TimJ.
