    Problems from smash repair

Picked up my beast from smash repairs yesterday.
They did a good job matching the paint with the rest of the car.

Whilst driving home in the poring rain, I went to open the front passenger window to get a little air in to defrost the window so I could see the traffic in the outside mirror.
    Window would not go down.
Also found out that the mirror would not operate at all either.
When I got home I also found that the button that locks the door didn't operate either.
This morning I put my Faultmate on to it and it came up with:
Passenger door mirror vertical and horizontal Potentionmeter defective.
Passenger door central locking mechanism short circuit.
    Interior security: fuse or cable.
Upper tailgate unlock relay short to battery.

    Nothing about the window tho.
Any thoughts as to what could be the issue as to the passenger side problems would be greatly appreciated.

    cheers

From memory it was ran into from behind????
Guessing that unlock relay could be the issue.
The rest of the issues on the same circuit???? Any blown fuses that correlate to those items????
They need to get an auto sparky to check it.

There's probably a harness plug on that door's wiring loom that is unplugged for some reason. I'd be checking between the door hinges and looking carefully at the rubber boots on the wiring loom, see if one has been pulled out.
