RIP Jonah Lomu one of the great Rugby Players of all time.

Very sad to hear that Jonah Lomu has passed away at just 40 years of age. There will only ever be one Jonah Lomu.

RIP big Jonah you were a star and a real champion.

If you have never seen Lomu play then watch this video clip, he was a freakish one off that could run though, over or around just about any three players in a opposing team time after time.

    Wow, so young!
He was one of the greats.

What a great loss.I'm not a Union fan but would watch a game just to see him play.He was the best at the Maori side step.He had kidney failure and went on dialysis years ago.Even tried a comeback.

Which is quite surprising considering he was of Tongan origin. ...

To me anyway he was a joy to watch play and came across as a very humble and polite man, which if you have ever had much to do with Tongan people you would know is a very common attribute.

A rugby legend and true gentleman. Some of the big mouth sport "stars, could take a leaf out of his book. Play hard, strive to compete at the highest level and be humble in defeat and success - not that he had many defeats.

If I could think up my worst rugby nightmare, it would be Jonah running to the try line with me between him and the line.

There are better rugby players than Jonah was, but there was only one Jonah.I doubt there would be any player in World rugby who would have a bad word to say about him.

Another quip, he was taken to heaven to welcome those that have been in the news lately, to escort them to where they belong.
