This bit fell off my D4 what is it?

This rubber tube came out of the drivers side rear wheel arch, somewhere around the rear of the arch MY14.

I was doing a wheel rotation and fitting mudflaps when it fell down, I didn't have any of the trim removed. No idea where it belongs...

It looks like the drain tube for the fuel filler. If you open the fuel filler flap you will see a hole, the tube fits to the bottom of that and fits into a slot at the back of the mud spat.
