I have a similar model, (not G4). Mine is a dark green TD5. I also took out the rear seats to make it more like the Aust ones. 8O

Anybody here collect die-cast models of ... well ... anything that moves. I don't have a big collection but at the moment my favourite is this G4 Defender 90 in 1:18 scale:

As mentioned in a previous post recently - I've got a Holden VT Clubsport, a Western Australian VT Commodore Police unit, and a Victorian VT SS "S.M.A.R.T." police highway patrol car, all in 1:18.
Not really a fanatical collector of them, but I've got an interest in police cars, so I keep an eye out for them from time to time.

saw a model of allan moffats gt at eastern creek a few weeks ago.....
they wanted $1200 for it......
the last time i saw one of those was when we took one up to melbourne
for the 75th anniversary of ford, a few years ago.
they were only around $400 back then.......
the one we took with us we got autographed by the man himself.......
wonder what that would be worth today........?
Asking $1200 and getting it, well as you know thats two very different things :?
I've got a 1/2 dozen or so 1:18 500 cc racing bikes. Not worth a great deal yet but maybe if I can get some signed
Don't collect them for their monetary value anyway
