Cheap R/C Tyres

I was down at the newsagent with my boy thismorning,he was checking out the latest con,buy a nitro monster truck piece by piece week by week.
Issue 1 is $2.95,it has a tyre foam insert and rim.I said grab it and we will see if it fits your R/C,which is a competition Team Associated T4 offroad truck, with a modified motor.Turns out the rim wasnt suitable but the tyre and insert fitted his rims, giving him a 1 inch increase in diameter. So he bolts down to the newsagent for another issue to get his second tyre/insert.I thought that the increase in diameter would be too great and under power it to buggery, but no such a problem,it used to do just over 40ks,must be close to 60ks now 8) 8) 8) PLUS with the monster truck tread he can now get the power down on the gravel
His last set of rear tyres and inserts cost him $20 !!!!!! and they wear out really quickly,BURNOUTS AT SKATEBOARD PARK
I will order another 2 issues for him CHEAP TYRES
