    Pickles.
In the very early '70's I had a '65 650 Bonnie with 6v electrics by "The Prince of Darkness."
I remember one night in The Valley in Brissie having to scrounge through a rubbish bin looking for a bit of silver paper out of a ciggie packet to replace "The Fuse".
I'd had a few ales & was packing it a bit when a police car pulled up beside me & a young constable leant out the window & asked about my actions.
When I explained the reason, the old sergeant driving just drove off laughing something about Trumpies

That will be the guys from the VJMC Australia(Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club) S.E Qld region, they had a ride day on the 12th and 13th.

I'm a member of the VJMC Australia Illawarra Region(Area Rep)

There were a few of these and many more at the National Rally in Canberra 4th to 6th of March, so many classic bikes, 500 + I reckon.
    Cheers Baz.
