. So, who said 4wders were inconsiderate, non-community minded people. Matt
On the way to mum and dads on monday we came across a Hyundai Getz stuck in a ditch, dont know how they got there, the road was as straight as (it was raining though), there were already half a dozen people stopped helping, they were trying to push it out, with no luck. I pulled up and asked if anyone had a strap/rope or something (mine was at home in the wash) luckily there was a guy on the scene with a strap, hooked it onto the front and second later the releived couple were back on the road, the farmers fence was a write off, and the back panels of the car were quite smashed in but it was all cosmetic. So, who said 4wders were inconsiderate, non-community minded people. Matt

This brings up an interesting topic:
How do you (everyone) clean your snatch strap ( nop being rude please )
I suppose you have to take into account, somehow, that when stretched the starp may have got sand/dirt in between the fibres ?
Whats the best / easiest method ?
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
