    19" Atturo Trail Blade M/T 255/55R19

    Hello All,

My brother inlaw has just purchased a set of Atturo Trail Blade M/T 255/55R19.

    255/55R19 111S XL
    50psi Max Cold

    Plies
    Tread - 2 Steel, 2 Polyester, 1 Nylon
    Sidewall - 2 Polyester

His comment after just picking them up was "They are differentially louder".

Here are some photo's incase anyone is interested in these tyres.

I have noticed these on Tyresales.com.au and they certainly look like an offroad tyre.
I think Rich had these in 18" on his D3 once upon a time. It will be interesting to see how the 19" go over time on and off road.
I would expect a bit of noise from something that aggressive.

    Yep sure did!

Not any more, sold as a bargain to a Ford Ranger driver!

    Why?
Too noisy, if they performed as well as they make noise I would of kept them.
Performed well everywhere except on rock - they just didn't seem to grip very well. One particular rock step took 5 attempts to get up with these tyres. In comparison my Hankook MT's got up the same step first attempt over the Anzac long weekend.

From what you describe, they may have quite a hard rubber compound which would help with wear. They certainly look the part.
