Here is a file that should help you make files to use with OziExplorerCE.
You need to get a copy of Global Mapper & OziExplorer before you start.

This is for other GPSs too, and they are 125,000 Topo maps.

We have recently converted all of the Topo view discs to OZF3 but they are now HUUUUGE 12gb for the lot

GPS OZ has a dvd for sale at $30 with all the topos on it. apparently converted for OZI use
