You don't really need to on a patrol to get the grill out. Nice little screwdriver rash on the guard too

Some people arent very nice are they.

When Stacey and I bought the Laser, the people we bought it off had it parked out on the side of the street in a pretty built up area and someone pinched the drivers side blinker and headlight.

    Ahh. Mongrels.

To remove the headlight on a P38A requires sockets and access to the underbonnet area. Removal of the blinkers is easy - they clip in but access is from under bonnet. The grille requires opening the bonnet as well.

That would be well over a thousand dollars cost if it happened to my P38A.

It really ****es me off, people think they can steal things the rest of us have to work hard to pay for, and the really annoying thing, there is stuff all the police will or can do about it. Matt

Yep, some people seem to have nothing better to do. When I previously had a GQ SWB Patrol, I went out to dinner in Surfers Paradise, only gone for a couple of hours to return to a can of coke sitting on the bonnet next to great big dent in the middle of it. Looked like someone used the bullbar to pivot and jump on it square in the middle, causing the bonnet to sit on the engine...Only way to fix it was to replace it, and of course no wreckers had any at the time........

I only hope I never catch anyone doing anything to my vehicle. Their face would get a close look at the chequer plate, several times. Scum.
