End of warranty work by Trivett Alexandria

Last week I sent Liz in for her end of warranty inspection at Trivett Alexandria.
I had a loan car organised, as they were going to keep her overnight.

I gave a list of items to check, as well as asking them to order a few broken parts that I would replace later (broken by the previous owner).

Jeff (the service manager) eventually found me my loan car.

A brand new Jaguar XF Sport.

They replaced the clutch, jackshaft, door actuator, and even the parts that I was going to replace myself that weren't warranty related!

Even put in a new air filter.




They ended up having Liz for a little over a week, but given that I was in a new Jag, I wasn't too concerned.


Total cost? $0.

Maybe they are laying the service on thick as I am out of warranty now, but I'll be buggered if they haven't given me a good reason to keep coming back!

Always good to learn of a Dealer doing the right thing, so that others in the area can also benefit themselves, and the Dealer, from good Customer service.
