Rear door repair puma 2014

Hi all,

I have to repair or replace the rear door on our 2014 110 wagon. The back door has been pushed in courtesy of a pole... The spare tire (bracket) has compressed and creased the door, and although it still opens and closes, it has sprung the inside of the window seal, and looks ugly!

I'm not sure weather to repair through a panel beater or look for a replacement door.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I gave them a call, they don't have Fuji white in stock and they are not cheap, but I thought that might be the case anyway... I might have to buy it and get it sprayed white.

Give these guys a try in the UK:

UK MADE NEW DEFENDER REAR DOORS

Genuine is about $500 AUD plus shipping. I have been quoted $240 to ship by UPS 2 front doors, so this could be a much cheaper option even allowing for the fact that you will need to get it painted. Heated rear window glass is also very reasonable.

Is the frame damaged or just the skin? If just the skin, can't it be repaired? Just wondering...
