Chassis adaptor for 2T Omega bottle jack

Hi, I know there has been lots of discussion about the 2T Omega bottle jack from Blackwoods, in fact based on all that good info I just bought one, but has anyone been making and selling an adaptor for the top of the jack to fit the holes in the D3 chassis?
    thanks.

I did a run of 50 of them some time back, well my son made them I just collected the money and posted them out.
I don't think he is ready to make another run yet,as he has started his final 2 years at uni and the work load has upped significantly.
I may see him Saturday,I will ask him if he is interested,he wasn't a couple of months ago.

thanks LandyAndy, so they are ok for a D3? I guess the D3 and D4 chassis details are the same?

But this is the wrong time of the year for a Uni student its understandable if he's not up to it.

    cheers.

    Timely thread.....

if somebody could post the measurements of an adaptor it would be appreciated as I have offered to knock one up for a work colleague...unfortunately he is at another site and I don't have a D3

I did dig out a sketch I used for an adaptor to use for a trolley jack.

Here is a diagram that I found on one of the LR forums (I can't remember where from, so apologies to original owner) I think its for a trolley jack so I it would probably need a wider base so as to allow machining out a place for the top of the omega to fit into.

    Anyway hope it helps.

    Yeah I have that one.....

Info I have is 16mm for the pin and 30.5mm recess to go over the jack.
