Roofrack change - Rhino to Front Runner

I'll be changing out my Rhino heavy duty roof bars to the Front Runner Slimline II foot rail and tray in the coming weeks. When I installed the front track and foot (3 bar system), I had to cut the ditch moulding that transitions from the low to the high section of the roof. The Front Runner setup just has a hole drilled through the moulding. Does anyone know what the part number for these mouldings is and where (other than I assume LR) they can be sourced from? Are they expensive?
    Cheers
    Matt

I asked the same thing in another thread if you search slimline it's worth a read through. Another member posted this for me. I ended up grabbing a pair from the wrecker for about $120, I think they are around $160 each from dealer partly because no one had stock and wanted to fit it that weekend. Worked fine.

    Hi g5k
Did you cut your strips as per the installation instructions or did you place your rack directly on top? I ended up buying replacement strips from LR directly. When I spoke to Triumph Rover Spares in SA they wouldn't ship them to Sydney as they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't get damaged. I reckon the reason they are so pricey new is because you're also paying for the cost of the transport container - a 3m long 150mm diameter cardboard tube!! And that's to hold one strip!

Yeah for sure, no I put the new strips on and there is no need to cut anything it fits perfectly and keeps everything nice and weathertight all the holes you need are in the right spot and large enough in the strip as is. Hope he install goes well.

Thanks for that and thanks for the photos. My holes don't line up so well but now I see what you've done it has confirmed my plan of attack.
