Ace's VII- 7-8th of January

Hi all, it has been suggested to me that we have Ace's VII as soon a January. There have been two dates sugested to me- the 7-8th of January, or the weekend after which is the 14-15th. The 7-8th might be out for me yet, Marcos' birthday is on the fifth so we will be having a BBQ get together for family, I have suggested to Stacey that we have it on the sunday before and make it a New Years BBQ aswell, i will know later if the 7-8th is good when Stacey asks her dad if he can make it.

Ok, the plans for the weekend.

Saturday- Start early again, 9am, and attempt to do Mt Airley again, with any luck it will be dry and it wont be a problem. Then retire to my place for the ritual BBQ.

Saturday Night-it was suggested at Ace's VI that we do a night run, Gardens of Stone was suggested as an easy track that wont throw to much in the way of really difficult stuff that will require recoveries at us, we dont want to be doing really hard stuff in the dark for safetys sake. So we will pencil the night run in, anyone who doesnt want to do it can hang out at my place, if no one wants to we dont do it.

Sunday- two options, can be voted upon- Jenolan Caves area again there are heaps more tracks to explore, or the Zig Zag area again, i might be able to get the key to the steps, dont know yet.

Can i get a gauge on who might be able to come, it will run with 2 or 10 people. Matt
